Máhccan / Homecoming: A Guided Tour and Short Film Screening with Sámi Artist Jo Morten Kåven

Join us for a special guided tour of the "Arctic Voices" exhibition with Sámi artist Jo Morten Kåven, whose works are prominently featured in the exhibition.

The event will begin with a screening of Jo’s short film, "Máhccan/Homecoming: Songs from Karasjok/Kárášjohka", which offers a powerful introduction to the themes of the exhibition and Jo’s artistic vision.

Following the film, Jo will lead a tour through the exhibition, providing unique insights into the Sámi perspectives, his personal journey, and the connection between art, culture, and environment.
